Paulette was first introduced to Educo in 2009 when her daughter attended Junior Camp with a friend. The relationships formed and conversation shared on the final day of her camp is a cherished and empowering experience that she revisits often. The way in which the staff not only teach and mentor the kids, but also the way the staff learn and grow personally from the kids (and are so open to it) is a true testament to the authenticity of each individual in the diverse Educo family.
Paulette’s background in Recreation Administration has provided her with opportunities to work with a wide range of ages and abilities in cultural, arts, recreational, sporting and leisure environments. Her appreciation of people, particularly youth and her own journey to rediscovering her authentic self has led her back to Educo.
When she is not busy with Educo, she spends her days exploring ‘life on the edge’ from her home in Ucluelet.
